1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

2. Services Provided
We provide shipment services between the United States and Mexico. Our services include, but are not limited to, pickup, transportation, Export to Mexico and delivery of goods in Mexico.

3. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that all goods shipped comply with all applicable laws and regulations in both the US and Mexico.
You must accurately describe the contents and value of your shipment.
You must provide accurate and complete contact information.
You are responsible for any damage to goods caused by improper packaging or handling.

4. Shipping Rates and Fees
Shipping rates are determined by the weight, dimensions, and destination of your shipment. Our rates are designed based on an average weight of 6 pounds per cubic foot, which is the industry standard for clothing and footwear. In addition, our boxes comply with the common limits of the sector, with a maximum weight of 120 pounds per package. Additional fees may apply for oversized or overweight items, special handling, or customs brokerage. All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Payment
Payment should be made before the package arrives to our warehouse in Laredo, TX. In order to avoid delays and additional storage and handling charges.

6. Delivery
We will make every effort to deliver your shipment within the estimated timeframe provided. However, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather, customs delays, or unforeseen events.

7. Liability
Our liability for loss or damage to your shipment is limited to the value declared at the time of shipment. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The shipper (customer) and/or the recipient are responsible for collecting the package within the established timeframe. Envíalo Express Inc. will send reasonable notifications to the recipient and/or shipper when a package remains unclaimed.
If a package is not collected by the recipient or if the shipper fails to provide further instructions, it will be considered abandoned after 30 days from the first notification of arrival.
Envíalo Express Inc. reserves the right to:
  • Charge all storage, handling, and any other applicable fees incurred.
  • Sell the package through public or private sale, dispose of it, or donate it, as appropriate, once the applicable legal period has expired.
In the state of Illinois, this matter is governed by the Sale of Unclaimed Property Act (770 ILCS 90), which allows common carriers to sell unclaimed property after 6 months from the date of arrival, provided a diligent effort has been made to locate the owner and proper notification requirements are met.
Envíalo Express Inc. assumes no liability for loss, damage, or deterioration of abandoned packages once the stated timeframes have expired. All costs associated with storage and disposal of the package shall be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

8. Customs and Duties
You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees associated with your shipment if the Value or content of the package are different from the one declared. We will assist with customs brokerage if requested, but any additional fees are the customer's responsibility.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States and Mexico.

10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
